Job description

A client primary school in the Fallowfield area of Manchester (M14) are looking for a Newly Qualified Teacher to join their KS1 team on a full time basis starting after the Easter holidays. The school are looking for a committed NQT to work in their Year 1 class on a full time basis starting in April. The role is to work in a 'GOOD' two form entry primary school alongside a dedicated staffing team who are committed to 'providing enriching learning experiences' for all children. To be considered for this post, you will have experience teaching in ks1 and will be looking for your next full time role.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the Year 1 curriculum and will be familiar with the letters and sounds phonics scheme. This Ofsted graded 'GOOD' primary school are looking for an 'outstanding' practitioner who will monitor and assess learning effectively whilst delivering enticing lessons which engage the children at all times . The role is to run up until Christmas initially but the opportunity to work on to a school based contract may be possible for the right applicant.

The school are looking to recruit a passionate KS1 teacher who is able to bring new ideas and a good sense of humour to the schools ks1 staffing team! 'Warmth, love and belonging' are at the heart of everything the school does. They are looking for an energetic NQT who is eager to begin their career in education!
