Teaching Personnel have launched an exclusive NQT Pool for newly qualified teachers to join to create an easy and straightforward route into teaching. Once accepted into the pool your specialist consultant will work with you in selecting your school and securing your dream job.

We understand that you may have qualified early and placements may have been cut short due to current circumstances and wanted to give you the best possible start to your teaching career. Our experts at Best Practice Network have devised a unique support pack that is aligned to both the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework and includes modules on:

• Behaviour Management • Special Educational Needs • Pedagogy and Practice • Professional Behaviours • Curriculum • Assessment

And your chosen school will work with you through the support pack to ensure you have a confident and successful start in September. Teaching Personnel will support you in gaining additional CPD to help you stand out against other NQTs and manage the interview process for you.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
