Job description

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Teacher of Music for our partner school in East Cornwall. This role is to start in February 2018 on a flexible supply basis, so days and hours of work are negotiable and changeable week on week!

This role is for frequent cover that is expected in the school in the coming term, you will not be responsible for planning or assessment of work, you will be required to deliver pre set work and control the classroom in a professional manner.

You will be a fully qualified or newly qualified teacher, who is able to work at short notice. This requirement is aligned to the Music department, however, the school are keen to utilise strong supply teachers outside of their specialism to keep continuity in staffing, so if you are flexible and happy to work on a general cover basis then you will secure lots more cover work here!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
