Job description

Teaching Personnel are seeking a talented, enthusiastic and committed Music Teacher to teach on GCSE and A-Level Music, and/or Music Technology courses.

The ideal candidate

  • Qualified Music Teacher or Music Instructor
  • Proven track record of Teaching the UK curricula
  • Highly skilled musician, who is able to provide accurate guidance to students, whilst also being able to inspire and encourage students to develop and practise more basic practical and theoretical competence
  • A committed, hard-working musician with a desire to bring Music to life with imaginative learning activities, content targeted to the specification, and relevant well-managed assessment
  • Applications from new entrants to the profession are welcome

The position

  • Full time and part time (negotiable)
  • Starting September 2019
  • Permanent (through Teaching Personnel)
  • School in Scarborough
  • Teaching GCSE and A-level
