MUSIC TEACHER REQUIRED FROM APRIL IN BLACKPOOL SECONDARY SCHOOL

  • Temporary post to start April 2017 with the opportunity to be made permanent after a successful placement.
  • Average sized school.
  • Negotiable rates of pay dependant on experience

Are you a qualified Music teacher with QTS? Are you looking for work from Easter 2017?

If so,

Our client school located in Blackpool have the perfect opportunity for you. Required initially for the second half of the first term from April 2017, is a fully qualified Teacher of Music to cover a maternity leave within the department. Both fully qualified and NQTs will be considered but it is essential that you are confident delivering high quality Music lessons to both KS3 and GCSE pupils.

The School

- Located 5-10 minutes from the motorway with close links to the M55, M6 and M61.

- Very supportive staff and a strong behaviour policy.

- The opportunity to work in a very successful Music department which is growing.

You will be required to teach Music up to GCSE level and the ideal candidate will hold;

*UK QTS and a PGCE specialising in secondary Music

*Fully qualified teacher status (QTS)

*An enthusiastic approach to teaching and a passion for raising pupil attainment

*Strong behaviour management skills to abide to the schools policy

*Commitment to working with a close knit team from April 2017
