- Ofsted graded ‘Good’ School in January 2016
A large High School in Norwich, Norfolk, are seeking a Music Teacher to join them part time from September 2017. The position is part time, working across 3 days of the week, and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The School is due to expand and develop in the future, with the possibility of professional development opportunities. They pride themselves on their ability to motivate their students by creating stimulating learning environments through strong teaching methods and a high standard of pastoral care and support.
The students make good progress through their learning and comparison against national standards. All students have a polite manner and work very hard whilst being supported through their learning by the dedicated staff.
The ideal candidate:
- Will be passionate and enthusiastic
- Have strong subject knowledge, in line with the UK Curriculum
- Be able to deliver Music to KS3 and KS4, up to and including GCSE
- Will be able to work well as part of a supportive and dedicated Music Team
- Hold the ability to develop good rapport with students
- Will be able to create a stimulating learning environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity with great rates of pay! Depending on experience and qualifications you could earn between £22,000 to £34,000 per annum; pro rata, 0.6.
