Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Music Teacher to join one of our partner secondary schools in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who can deliver engaging and dynamic music lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver and assess high-quality music lessons aligned with the national curriculum

  • Foster creativity, confidence and musical skill in students of all abilities

  • Lead practical and theoretical lessons, including instrumental work and composition

  • Support extracurricular music activities, such as choir, band or school productions

  • Maintain excellent classroom management and contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

  • Specialism or strong experience in Music

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • Ability to inspire and motivate young people

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
