Are you looking to work in a creative and forward thinking Music department?

Do you have a passion for music both inside AND outside the classroom?

Teaching personnel are working with a school in the Grimsby area who are seeking a talented music teacher to join their lively team of performing arts staff. The role would suit a Newly Qualified Teacher looking for their first teaching position or an experienced Teacher of Music looking for a new challenge.

The school we are working with are looking for:

  • PGCE in Music or a related subject area.
  • Experience teaching Music to KS3, KS4 or KS5 students.
  • Excellent assessment skills and the ability to use these to progress students at all levels.
  • A passion for Music both in and out of the classroom.

Facilities in this school are excellent, specifically in the Music department, with quality instruments which are readily available to helps staff to get the very most out of their students. The school that we are working with also has extensive extra-curricular programmes which are on offer for all students.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
