We are currently looking for a Monday Teaching Assistants to be based at a Special Education Needs (SEN) school in Cranleigh. (Please note we have available for candidates to work more days so if this does interest you)
We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant who is interested in working with children between the ages of 5-19 with complex and severe learning difficulties in a highly supportive environment with aims, structures and curriculum designed to achieve the full potential of all students.
We are looking for a candidate who will be able to take on this exciting challenge with a highly motivated attitude in providing the best care and support to the children and families. You must be able to easily adapt to situations, attentive and communicate effectively within your team in order to maintain the high level of standards expected.
Minimum Requirements - Any relevant SEN/Autism experience or qualifications is desired, however not essential so please still apply. - A passion and enthusiasm to see pupils achieve their best potential - Dedication to the needs of all your pupils, working with other staff members to offer emotional and academic support - A Child Only DBS on the Update Service, or one done through Teaching Personnel - Good interpersonal skills and confidence - Punctual and reliable - Enjoys a challenge
