Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for day-to-day supply teachers to join our team of people who support absence management in Secondary Schools in Central Manchester.
Salary: £100 to £180 per day.
Location: You will work across areas such as Whalley Range, Gorton, and Moss Side.
Hours/Work pattern: You will work on a flexible basis, managing your own availability through the Teaching Personnel app. You will be offered work for up to five days of the week. The typical arrival time is 08:20am.
Responsibilities: You will have no planning and marking responsibilities throughout this role. You will be provided with pre-planned lessons; it will be your responsibility to deliver the pre-planned lessons effectively. Some of the schools that you will be working in will require additional behaviour management, you should ensure that pupils are not being disruptive throughout the school day.
To be cleared to work within any of Teaching Personnel’s client schools, you will be required to complete the Teaching Personnel registration process. You will need to apply for a fully enhanced child workforce DBS check, once this check has been completed, you will be required to put this onto the Update Service to ensure that it remains active. You will also be required to provide a minimum of two employment-based references that will cover the last two years of your work history.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
