We are looking for a Modern Foreign Languages teacher to get involved with the community of the school. Spanish, French and German – all Required

The School:

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to appoint a full time Modern Foreign Languages with responsibility for the academic progress of a small number of pupils within a mainstream setting. The School in question is situated at the heart of the Redhill community. The School is committed to inspiring children and raising their aspirations. Due to the hard work and strong team spirit, during their very recent and successful Ofsted inspection they were judged to be a ‘good school’. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, teaching and tracking pupil progress involved with role. The role is to start in the new academic year, September 2020.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • MFL Teacher (Spanish, French or German)
  • Starting September 2020
  • Teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 not essential) MFL Teacher (Spanish, French or German) as a subject specialist
  • Development and improvement of MFL Teacher (Spanish, French or German) resources within the department
  • Willingness to participate in the school’s extra-curricular programme
  • Could earn from GBP130-GBP180 per day

The Essentials:

  • Must be available for full time work from September 2020
  • Must have QTS or completed PGCE – both experienced MFL teachers and MFL NQTs are welcome to apply
  • Must have suitable school-based references
  • Must have or be willing and able to apply for a fully enhanced DBS certificate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
