Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an enthusiastic teacher of Spanish to join a successful and supportive MFL team at a secondary school based in Wareham.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a popular and oversubscribed school rated 'Good' by Ofsted. The role will be supporting students across KS3 and KS4 on a full or part time basis, primarily teaching Spanish but French would also be an advantage. 

The successful candidate will be expected to take on full planning and marking responsibilities alongside teaching a full timetable to pupils up to GCSE level. It will be important that the incoming candidate can plan and deliver differentiated Spanish lessons to pupils at varying levels of learning ability.

Newly qualified and experienced MFL teachers are both being considered for this role.

 The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching
• Experience of delivering Spanish with at least one up to GCSE level
• A knowledge and understanding of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies and know how to use and adapt them to motivate students
• Suitable school-based references
• Have and up to date DBS with the Update Service/be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
• A willingness to undertake CPD and contribute to the wider school life
• Be educated to degree level
• Hold QTS (or an equivalent qualification)
