Teachers and support workers are appointed with great care; they are considered to be the most important resource the school has and are very well supported. Despite the considerable building work that has taken place in the last year, there are no signs that this has had a detrimental impact on students' experiences. There are high expectations of staff and students. As a result, much of what is seen as the norm in this school is outstanding."
