We are seeking a Media Teacher for a secondary school based in Brixton who is committed to ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximum potential. We want a teacher who has passion, enthusiasm, alongside the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in their care. They will deliver consistently excellent teaching and learning, to help all students to achieve excellent academic results.

As a Media Teacher you will be required to work along side the Head of Department to plan and deliver lessons for KS3 through to KS5 students. A desirable candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to the school's culture and ethos and motivate and inspire the students within their class.

The Role

  • Teaching KS3 - KS5 students.

  • Inner London pay scales.

The Person

  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (NQT considered).
  • Must be able to obtain a clean DBS check.
  • Ability to teach across KS3 - KS5.
  • Fantastic work ethic.
  • References and 6 year career history required.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
