Teaching Personnel are searching for a Media Studies Teacher to join a popular client Academy on a Temp to Perm basis from September or earlier.
The role would require teaching Media Studies across Year 7 to Year 11, supporting KS3 in the lead up to and KS4 GCSE, BTEC and A Level options.
Full-time, Temp to Perm
September start or earlier
Qualified Teacher status desirable, experience required
Full planning & marking responsibilities
Open to NQT's
The temp to perm period is 20 term time weeks from your first day working at the Academy, you will go permanent at the end of this period. This is a flexible approach for you to decide if it is the right role for you before accepting permanency whereby you are paid on a daily rate figure equivalent to your pay scale salary.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Inspirational and Enthusiastic Attitude
- Strong subject knowledge of Media Studies up to KS5
- Hard working
- Passionate about Science as their subject
- Previous experience teaching Year 7 to Year 11 at least
- Student care for success
- Able to monitor students learning and data effectively
About the Academy:
Situated in the South of Milton Keynes, this is a popular school with inspirational and caring staff. Expectations are high, both of staff and students alike and we offer an excellent support and CPD during your time working at the school.
The Academy is an 11-19 Mixed Comprehensive. The Academy has some 630 learners and employs 105 dedicated teachers and support staff. Learners at the academy are supported to be highly ambitious, to develop a genuine enthusiasm for learning and to be proud to represent their Academy and community.
