Two term Maths vacancy- Wigan
Teaching Personnel are actively recruiting a Maths Teacher on behalf of our client secondary school located within the Wigan LEA.
- Maths Teacher - KS3 & KS4 - Full time
- Two term position starting in January 2018
- 'GOOD' school- Ofsted
- Pay of £100-150 a day dependent upon experience
Due to a gap within the Maths department, our client secondary school wish to appoint a teacher on a long term basis from January 2018. This position will be for two terms initially with a view to extending further.
The Headteacher is looking to appoint a Maths Teacher who is competent delivering both KS3 and GCSE Maths to pupils of all abilities. Further, they are seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join a very successful department who has the ability to inspire, unite and motivate students, staff, parents/carers and the wider community.
In its' most recent Ofsted report, the school's Senior Leadership team were commended for their commitment to continually raise standards. It also highlighted that the students are supportive of each other which cultures a harmonious learning environment.
Situated in Orrell, the school is on the outskirts of Wigan town centre making it easily accessible via car or public transport from the surrounding areas; Chorley, Standish & Ashton-in-Makerfield.
