Secondary Maths Teacher Needed for September

Looking for a role in Nottingham?

Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate and exciting Maths Teacher for a September start in Nottingham.

We are looking for someone with a passion for education and mathematics. We want a teacher that is dedicated to making a positive impact on children’s lives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Maths to KS3 and KS4 
  • Planning and marking
  • Development of the Curriculum within the department
  • Management of Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
  • Building strong relationships with students and teachers
  • Adopting school ethos

Minimum Requirements:

  • PGCE + QTS (or equivalent)
  • Available to start in September
  • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience (desirable but not essential)
  • DBS on the Update Service
  • Degree in Mathematics (not essential but preferable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
