Maths Teacher - Sunderland

One of our client schools in Sunderland is seeking a qualified teacher to join their Mathematics department. This role has arisen as a result of a long-term sickness within their department. Applicants need to have specialist knowledge of the subject and should be able to take creative approaches to teaching to ensure all students are up-to-date in their understanding of the curriculum.

OVERVIEW

  • Role commencing in April, until the end of the academic year
  • Producing lesson plans to deliver curriculum based upon the exam board's specifications
  • Consistent allocation and marking of assignments, tracking the progress of students individually, providing extra assistance to students experiencing issues
  • Great pay-rates, ranging between £600-800 weekly
