A Beautiful all girls independent school based in the Godalming area are looking for a secondary Maths teacher to join their highly successful team at a KS3 - KS5 level. The schools is vibrant and successful with a fascinating history. Nestled within 42 acres of stunning Surrey countryside, we feel hundreds of miles away from the hustle and bustle of London, but can actually be in the city within forty minutes. Our safe, tranquil setting is home to a school with a difference, a place where individuality is celebrated and uniqueness embraced: a happy, positive environment, where the girls enjoy learning

What Makes This School Different?

The schools reply is that they are a school focused on the development of unique individuals. The small size is a huge advantage in this, but they also have a strong family ethos, wonderful team spirit and big ambitions for the girls. The school believes that education is about far more than rank orders, school statistics and that which can be measured. There commitment is to provide space for individuality, initiative and enterprise to blossom. At this school no girl is invisible. Your daughter will be known and valued for who she is. Every girl is different - and they like that. Girls tell the school time and time again that they love their school, feel at home and are happy. They have great friends. They enjoy unforgettable experiences. They work hard and aim high. They are at ease with themselves and take real delight in surpassing all expectations.

What is the Schools Ethos?

The school's motto from the poem The Excursion encapsulates its founding ideals: the admiration of great people and works of art, hope of becoming good and responsible citizens, and love of beauty, work and our fellow human beings. Today the schools ethos continues in this vein and has developed further to include admiration for girls who strive to achieve academically, actively, pastorally and throughout the school community, both in the classroom, their co-curricular activities and the boarding house alike.
