Teaching Personnel has an Ideal role for you!
Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a Catholic school in the Knowsley area to recruit a Maths Teacher for a 2-term contract through to the end of the academic year. Should the candidate be successful in the post then they will be considered for a permanent position starting in September 2019.
The school has currently been going through a transitional period. And are now looking for a teacher with a strong ethic regarding behaviour management to uphold the improvements which have been made. The school would be happy to consider applications from candidates of all faiths; however, a successful candidate must be happy to support the catholic ethos of the school.
A suitable candidate should be experienced delivering Maths to key stage 3 and GCSE level. Ideally a candidate will have some experience with delivering A-Level. The school is following the new AQA Maths specifications across both GCSE and A-level courses and so experience working with this exam board would be preferable, however, not essential.
