PArt-time 0.6 temporary Maths teacher required for large mixed comprehensive secondary school and sixth form near to Salford, Greater Manchester.
Due to internal promotion, a position has arisen for a part-time 0.6 Maths teacher to join our client secondary school from September 2021 (or sooner). This position will initially be offered on a temporary contract for one year, with the view to extension following the successful completion of the academic year.
The successful Maths teacher will join a successful Maths team and be expected to teach a 0.6 timetable consisting of Key Stage Three and GCSE lessons.
- Part-time 0.6 Maths position, September 2021 start (days negotiable).
- Guaranteed for 12 months, with the possibility of securing a permanent position.
- Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school with state of the art facilities.
- Pay in line with teaching scale point (GBP25,714 - GBP41,604 per annum).
- Great location, near to Salford and accessible via public transport links.

Located towards the north of Salford city centre, our partner secondary school is easily accessible via the A580 (East Lancashire Road). For non-drivers, there are a number of public transportation links that lead directly to the school from Bolton, Leigh and central Manchester.
