Join the Maths department of a large secondary school in Darlington known for its recent climb in performance tables.

  • Full-time Maths teacher.
  • January 2022 start
  • Teaching across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.
  • Paid in line with teaching scale point - £25,714 - £41,604 per annum.

The successful Maths teacher will be expected to:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver inclusive and differentiated Maths lessons.
  • Ensure all lessons meet the needs of learners at various levels of learning.
  • Monitor and evaluate pupils’ class work and report these back to senior members of staff in order to take appropriate action when needed.
  • Manage behaviour in line with the school behaviour policies.

Our client school is located within Darlington is accessible to candidates who do not drive, as the school can also be easily accessed via public transport from neighbouring.
