Tameside Catholic School require a Maths teacher to commence a long term position at Easter. Initially on a temporary supply basis to the end of the academic year this is an open vacancy with the potential to earn a permanent contract for September.
Situated in the SK16 post code of Tameside the school are looking for a Maths teacher who will add to the schools uplift in academic performance. Achieving just below national averages this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Maths teacher looking to take on full responsibilities to increase the attainment of students taught.
This Maths teaching post will consist of teaching across KS3 and KS4. 54% of students achieve their expected levels of progress in Maths which the school is looking to increase in line with Progress 8 targets. The school is “committed to working in partnership with parents and carers in order to ensure high standards of behaviour and achievement for the young people who study here.”
