Mathematics Teacher with mainstream experience wanted for role in September

  • Mathematics Teacher role to start in September 2017

  • ‘Outstanding’ primary and secondary school in West Ealing with high likelihood of permanent placement

An ‘outstanding’ SEN school based in West Ealing are looking for fully qualified teachers specialising in Mathematic for a role starting in September. The school provides for students aged 5 – 21 with special educational needs, a majority of students are diagnosed with behavioural, social and emotional difficulties, ADHD, ODD, autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and Specific Learning Difficulties.

Students are high functioning and undergo GCSEs, BTEC, A Level and Functional Skills qualifications.

The role is to start in September 2017 with high possibility of permanent placement.

Primary and Secondary SEN School in Ealing:

• Rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted

• Closest stations: West Ealing (GWR/Heathrow Connect), Ealing Broadway and Northfield Avenue (Central Line)

• Primary and Secondary Departments with pupils aged 5-21

Mathematics Teacher role:

• To start September 2017

• Full-time Teaching role Monday to Fridays 8:00 – 4:30pm

• Teaching Primary and/or Secondary students

• Teaching GCSEs, BTEC, Functional Skills and A Levels

• Planning and Teaching lessons according to national curriculum

• Competitive pay rates with high prospects of permanent work

Requirements:

• FQT status and be able to provide QTS number

• Oversees Qualified teachers will also be considered

• Must have experience working as a Teacher in the specialised subjects

• Mainstream School experience is ideal

• Must be available to visit the school prior to September for interviews

• Must be able to provide two teaching based references

You must have a Child Workforce only DBS on the update service or be in process of getting a DBS to be considered.
