Maths teacher required for our client Secondary school in September. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring and ambitious Mathematician looking to work in a high achieving Secondary school. The successful Maths teacher will be expected to add to an already excellent Maths department bringing your own ideas and teaching style.

You will be expected to adhere to the responsibilities of the post which will include regular planning and making, ensuring that students are on track to reach their expected levels of progress in Maths. This is a full time Maths teaching post across years 7-11 so previous experience of this is essential.

The school has a Sixth Form so there will be opportunities to teach Maths to AS and A Level. “Our ethos is to provide a happy, secure and totally inclusive environment to develop each individual student’s potential to the full.”

In their most recent Ofsted report the school achieved a ‘Good’ grading during their Ofsted report. Key highlights were that students often reach their expected levels of progress and that the Headteacher sets clear and achievable targets for the school.
