Job Opportunity: SEMH Learning Support Assistant

Job Responsibilities: As a SEMH Learning Support Assistant, your role will be crucial in providing tailored support to students with SEMH needs. Responsibilities include implementing strategies to address social, emotional, and mental health challenges, collaborating with the SENCO team, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Working Hours:
- Full-Time: 32.5 hours per week
- Term-Time: 38.2 weeks per year
Compensation:
- Competitive Monthly Salary: £1500 - £1800
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting students with SEMH needs
- Familiarity with effective strategies for addressing social, emotional, and mental health challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively with the SENCO team and teaching staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
