Teaching Personnel are working alongside a large primary school based in Stoke-on-Trent who are seeking a pro-active, hard-working, and enthusiastic administration officer to join their excellent office team from September.
As an administration officer, you will work closely with the office manager and academy business manager to manage school queries, financial resources, and maintenance of school data reports. You will provide efficient clerical assistance and support the organisation of school events, school diaries and timetabling.
You will be working within the central hub of the large, four-form entry primary school; therefore it is essential that you are able to work to meet deadlines and have excellent organisation skills to maintain a controlled and steady work environment.
Role Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
- Experience supporting administration duties.
- Effective communication skills.
- Attend office and staff meetings and liaise with colleagues and parents.
Further information:
- £1540 - £1800 per month, dependent on relevant experience and qualifications.
- Paid weekly, every Friday via PAYE.
- September 2023 start.
- Full time: 37.5 hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
