Teaching Personnel are working with a school in the Portsmouth area to appoint a Maths Teacher on a long term basis. The School is an over subscribed mixed comprehensive school with over 1600 students enrolled.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to join a popular and high achieving Maths department. The School are looking for qualified teachers that are inspirational in their field and are committed to developing their career in a supportive environment with high quality teachers and leaders.
It is expected that you will be able to teach across KS3 and KS4 and be confident teaching a broad range of abilities in a fast paced environment.
Candidates must:
- Have UK QTS or equivalent
- Hold to ability to plan and deliver lessons to match curriculum standards
- Have the drive to be successful in secondary
- Have previous experience, although NQTs will be considered
- Previous proof of upholding high results would be desirable
