Maths teacher

Our client school located in Rochdale have two differing Maths teacher opportunities ahead of September 2018.

Due to an expected resignation, this school have the opportunity to offer either a main scale teaching role or a 2^nd in department post, due to a huge increase in pupils on roll and an expansion within the Maths department. This school is highly regarded within the Rochdale authority and holds an excellent reputation.

Found in central Rochdale, a short drive from the M62 and M627 the school is easily accessible from the surrounding areas; Oldham, Bury, Halifax and Manchester. Serving an ethnically diverse catchment area, there are an average number of EAL pupils on roll in which specialist teaching assistants offer additional support to individual pupils. The successful applicant will need to be fully committed to all departmental responsibilities, including following schemes of work, regular training and development opportunities and half termly parents evenings.
