MATHS TEACHER - JANUARY

I am working on the behalf of my client secondary school who are looking for a Maths teachers to join their team for a January start. This 'Good' school are looking to fill a full time position for a candidate looking for a maternity cover.

Maths teachers who are successful in the interview process will have a good subject knowledge and will be passionate about their subject. As with any strong teacher, the candidate must be able to control the class whether through inspiration and engagement or any other behaviour policy.

Details about the role are below:

• Require UK recognised teaching qualifications (e.g. QTS, PGCE, BEd)
• Experience teaching Maths at Secondary school, KS3-5 level, for more than 2 years
• Pay ranges from £90-145 a-day
• Full-time role: 5 days a week, 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Maternity Cover

The Role

This role is an opportunity for ambitious teachers who are looking to progress and take on more responsibilities. Candidates will be expected to ensure standards of education remain at a high level, by not only consistently challenging students, but challenging themselves. The successful candidate is expected to work hard during school hours, ensuring all work is completed and to the best the of the candidates ability.
