Location: Oldbury, Secondary School

Start Date: ASAP/ January Start 

Pay Rate: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) 

About the role: 

We’re working with a well-established secondary school in Oldbury that is looking to appoint a Qualified Maths Teacher either immediately or from January. The school is committed to securing strong outcomes for students and is looking for someone who can bring clarity, consistency and confidence to the Maths classroom.

This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys building rapport with students and delivering lessons that genuinely support progress.

What youll be doing: 

• Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4

• Plan and deliver clear, structured lessons

• Keep students engaged and focused, promoting a positive learning environment

• Support GCSE preparation and identify individual learning needs

• Work closely with the Maths department to maintain consistency

• Track progress and provide meaningful feedback

What were looking for: 

• Qualified Maths Teacher (QTS)

• Recent experience teaching in a UK secondary school

• Confident behaviour and classroom management

• Adaptable, proactive and committed to high standards

• DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Available ASAP or from January
