Our School based in Hackney is currently recruiting a maths teacher to join their school from September.
The school are looking for Newly Qualified teachers or experienced Maths teachers who are looking to start their teaching career with them.
About the school
Set very near the heart of the city in Liverpool Street, the school is based only a 30 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station train station. The school is also easily accessed by bus and has parking on site.
The mainstream co-educational school was recently graded as 'outstanding' by Ofsted in 2017 the school was praised for its focus on behaviour management and extra curricular activity.
Based on the site of a canal the school has beautiful views from the staff canteen, is very spacious and well liked by Students
The school is now looking for a newly qualified maths teacher or experienced maths teacher to join the department in September who will be able to help keep the maths department to a high standard and work towards outstanding for the next inspection.
They are looking for;
- PGCE in Maths
- Degree in Maths
- Outstanding references from previous placements
- Able to start in September 2019
- Proactive and confident attitude
- Open to working in an academy
In return you will get the opportunity to take part in CPD courses within the school and lead your own classes of students with your own creativity and teaching flair. You will be helping the heads of department to design new lessons and classes and will be given lots of opportunities to test and improve your knowledge of teaching maths.
