Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting graduates in and around the Salisbury area ahead of January 2020 who are considering a career in English, Maths or Science teaching in the future.

Our future teachers programme allows you not only to secure employment as a teaching assistant following the completion of your degree, but it is a clear and concise pathway onto a school based initial teacher training programme. This programme allows you to gain the necessary experience required to be confident and successful when you do decide to begin your teacher training. 

Teaching Personnel's Dorset branch have excellent relationships with a number of schools based in the Salisbury area, who are looking to appoint passionate Maths, English and Science Graduates and enrol them onto our Future Teachers Programme.

To join our Future Teachers programme, experience working in schools is not essential but you will need to demonstrate an ability to build relationships with colleagues, parents and pupils. As well as the ability to manage behaviour, a busy timetable and coping under pressure is essential.

This fantastic programme has been designed to help aspiring teachers fulfil their potential, without the additional teacher training costs. A perfect opportunity for you, the graduate, to test your suitability to the profession, before committing to initial teacher training. We encourage all graduates to join the future teacher's programme, to gain practical classroom experience as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor.
