This fantastic school in Orpington is looking to recruit a newly qualified teachers for their expanding mathematics department. The position is due to commence at the start of the next academic year in September (2018). As a qualified Maths Teacher you will have an in depth knowledge of your subject, a strong classroom presence and the ability to enthuse pupils in your love of Science. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate good behaviour management techniques in line with the schools policy.

As a Maths Teacher you will be required to work along side the Head of Department to plan and deliver lessons for KS3 through to KS5 students. A desirable candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to the school's culture and ethos and motivate and inspire the students within their class.

The Person

  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (NQT considered).
  • Must be able to obtain a clean DBS check.
  • Ability to teach across KS3 - KS5.
  • Fantastic work ethic.
  • References and 6 year career history required.
