Mathematics Teacher - September - Southwark - £110 - £220 per day!
We are currently seeking a Mathematics Teacher for a highly reputable school in the Southwark area to begin from September. The school prides itself for the quality of education delivered to its students and the school is looking for a teacher with strong subject knowledge who is able to raise the attainment of their students, as well as creating challenging and innovative lesson plans.

Job Purpose:
- To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum.
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students.
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
- To contribute to raising students attainment.

- Ability to cope with challenging and difficult behaviour.

- Good organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly.
Minimum Criteria to apply:
- QTS (desirable, not essential)
- 2 years teaching experience.
- University Degree with a minimum of a 2:1 pass grade.
Additional Experience:
- Experience of working with Special Educational Needs - Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties.
- Safeguarding Course Certificate.
- Additional CPD courses.
Compulsory requirements:
- Must be able to obtain a DBS check.
- Proof of career history from the last 6 years.
- Able to provide 2 career related references.
- Experience of teaching KS3-KS5.
- The drive and stamina to exceed school expectations and targets.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
