Mathematics Graduate

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a large RC Secondary school in the Salford LEA. The school wish to appoint Mathematics Graduates to join their department to support students who are not achieving their expected grades from September 2018.

• Mathematics Graduates required
• Full time and part time opportunities available
• Invaluable experience prior to completing a PGCE/Teacher training course
• Delivering interventions to small groups within the Maths department
• Earn up to £300 per week

"In order to raise attainment within the Mathematics department from September2018, we wish to appoint Mathematics Graduates to work with identified pupils, providing 1:1 support and to cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher with pre-set tasks. The successful Mathematics Graduates will be based within the Maths department, and be directed by the Head of Mathematics throughout the position. It is suggested that this position will continue throughout the full new academic year 2018/2019.

The school currently have a Progress 8 Score of 0.01, meaning that all pupils should be making the expected progress across curriculum subjects. The school have also been praised for the improvement in GCSE grades since 2015.

Located in Salford, our partner Secondary school can be accessed via the A580 from Manchester and Wigan. For non-drivers, the school has a number of bus and tram routes that provide access from central Manchester, Trafford and Bury.
