Job description

We are currently looking for highly motivated and organised individuals to take on an SEN Teaching Assistant job helping students with severe autism. This is a challenging role that requires patience, understanding and determination.

The ideal candidates will:

  • Have experience working in an SEN role with ASC students.
  • Have a genuine interest in special educational needs and a desire to help autistic pupils.
  • Be enthusiastic, thick skinned and charismatic.
  • Any additional experience or courses that is suitable for the role.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
