Job description

Teaching personnel are working with a mainstream school in Southampton who are looking for a 1:1 LSA to work alongside a boy with behaviour. This is a challenging but rewarding role.

You will have;

  • A strong personality with clear expectations for children's behaviour and learning
  • Experience working with pupils with challenging behaviour
  • The ability to motivate and encourage children
  • A good understanding of EBD
  • A passion to effect real change in a young persons life

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
