Job description

The Kingston schools are committed to raising standards of achievement and ensuring the progress of all their pupils from EYFS to Y6. The positions within the schools have different start dates and are both part and full time and have mixed lengths of how long you'll be needed for. The right candidates will be working closely with the class teacher to create an exceptional learning environment for the students.

The schools are looking for an ambitious Learning Support Assistants who can commit to the role to ensure the children have continuity. You'll be expected to work with students on a 1:2:1 level and also take small groups for activities.

I am looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A good academic background, need at least C in English and Maths.
  • Confident, assertive and someone with behaviour management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisation skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
