LSA required to work 1:1 with Autistic pupil

Job description

Teaching Personnel work exclusively with a school in Chichester and are currently seeking to appoint an individual to support the learning of a fantastic young pupil with autism.

Working closely with the SENCO and senior members at the school your role will include:

  • Supporting the child with their emotional and academic aspects of their education
  • Effectively tracking pupil progress to ensure attainment levels increase
  • Being a supportive role model

What we are looking for:

  • Committed individuals with experience of working with children with Autism
  • Proactive individuals who have the knowledge and experience to work using their own initiative

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
