Teaching Personnel are in high demand for Fully Qualified Teachers to do general cover work, on a full time or part time basis suiting your diary! Candidates should feel confident teaching KS3 - KS4 students and have a strong passion to deliver the best education to students possible. The candidate should be driven with excellent subject knowledge in their specialist areas, as well as displaying good behavioural and classroom management.
As a Cover Teacher you can either have a mixed bag of subjects or you can work only within your subject specialism to deliever pre planned lessons to classes of secondary aged students. The great part about this role is that there is usually no planning or marking involved which makes it perfect for teachers looking to take a step back from the responsibilities that come with the job, whilst staying in the classroom and doing what you love!
