Job description

Teaching Personnel work closely with a Leyland based School which caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties/Autism/Learning Difficulties. The School caters for pupils with KS2/3/4 pupils and candidates must be willing to work with pupils who display challenging behaviours. The candidates in School must be willing to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who have additional needs and an understanding of the Autistic spectrum. The ideal candidate for this role will be Team Teach trained and have experience de-escalating difficult behaviours.

The candidate must be available full time, the working hours are 8.30 am - 4pm (Mon - Thursday) and 8.30am - 3.15pm (Friday), the candidate must be looking for a long term if not permanent role and the pay for this position will be roughly £9 per hour. The candidate will be hard working, enthusiastic, have a good sense of humour and strong classroom management skills.

The role will be full time from as soon as possible due to a member of staff leaving un-expectantly, the role will require a strong, empathetic candidate who has no problem dealing with difficult behaviours.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £54 - 64 per day
