Leyland School requires Behaviour Support!

Job description

Teaching Personnel work exclusively with a School based in the Leyland area which caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, Learning Difficulties and pupils who display challenging behaviours.

The School are looking for a candidate to work Monday, Tuesday and Wendesday next week initially for course cover but then to continue on a full time basis from after the October half term!

The School is based in Leyland and caters for KS2 - 5 pupils, many of whom will display particularly challenging behaviours.

The candidate will ideally be Team Teach trained, or willing to book onto our Team Teach course in January. The candidate MUST be happy to work with challenging behaviours, as some of the pupils can display quite violent behaviours.

The working hours are 8.30am - 4pm, however, pupils are only in School from 9.30am - 3.25pm and you can opt to do transport which you get paid for AND you work less hours.

The successful candidate will benefit from:

- Negotiable pay rates £54 - 60 per day

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
