Supply Level 3 Teaching Assistants Needed – Middlesbrough 
Are you a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in local primary schools? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting supply TAs to support schools across Hartlepool with day-to-day, short-term, and long-term cover needs.

Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Supply / Flexible Work

About the Role:

• Work in a variety of primary school settings across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Support class teachers with classroom activities, behaviour management, and learning support

• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions when required

• Adapt to different school environments and build strong relationships quickly

• Gain valuable experience while enjoying flexible working hours that suit your lifestyle

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting
•  A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach to work
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
