Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant Needed - Oldham

A Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant is required in the Oldham area to work in a large Primary Academy School. The position is to start ASAP and will be a long term supply contract for the right SEN Teaching Assistant.

Full time position

  • SEN Teaching Assistant flexible to work across both key stages

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within this Ofsted rated 'good' school, which is part of a large multi academy trust. It is a very supportive primary school, where pupils and staff make great progress due to the stimulating environment. The successful practitioner will have recent experience working as a teaching assistant with students across both key stages. They will have a real desire to make a positive impact on their students.

The children in this school are known to be friendly and welcoming, which makes this school a lovely environment to work in. This primary school has a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum, which allows students to make good progress. There are high expectations for both the staff and the students. Due to the great teaching throughout the school, children are eager to learn new and exciting topics. The students in all year groups are very well behaved and are well aware of the behavior policies implemented within the school.

There is a very supportive culture for the staff within this school, so this is a great opportunity for a SEN teaching assistant who is looking to progress their career. You will be working with SEN students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups and need to have experience working with SEN students.
