Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant – Falmouth

3–4 Days per Week | Flexible Working | Immediate and also September Start | £14.25 per hour

 

Are you a Level 3 qualified Nursery practitioner looking for a role where you can feel valued, supported, and truly make a difference every day?

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a lovely, nurturing nursery in the Falmouth area that is currently seeing high demand for additional support. We are looking for a passionate and reliable Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis (3–4 days per week).

 


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm and welcoming early years setting, supporting young children at a crucial stage in their development.

You’ll play a key role in helping create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment, where children can grow in confidence, explore, and develop key early skills through play.

This role offers flexibility across the week, making it perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.

 


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children in a nursery / early years setting (ages 0–5)
  • Encouraging learning through play, creativity, and exploration
  • Assisting with daily routines, including mealtimes and activities
  • Providing nurturing support to help children feel safe and confident
  • Supporting children with additional needs where required
  • Working closely with staff to deliver a positive and engaging learning environment

 


What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature
  • Strong understanding of early child development
  • Ability to build strong relationships with children and staff
  • A proactive and positive approach to supporting young learners
