Level 3 Learning Support Assistant (Full time) Stockton

We are working on behalf of a school in Stockton to recruit for committed individuals with experience of supporting young people. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to support pupils with SEN aged 11-16.
Overview:
- Full time SEN Teaching Assistant positions
- Suitable for those with experience working with children, and SEN
- Level 3 Learning Support assistants
- Required for September
- Opportunity for full time work

- You should be able to remain calm in stressful situations
- You should show genuine interest of working with children and young people

The successful Teaching Assistant will support students in class across the subject areas, and deliver targeted interventions to students on a 1:1 basis during lessons and break times. Further to this, Teaching Assistants will have the opportunity to cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, which is great experience of classroom and behaviour management.
Teaching Personnel are also working in partnership with a number of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, outstanding local schools and Universities to deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities. Working with Teaching Personnel will provide you with ongoing professional growth, career enhancing development and a basis for an outstanding start to a career in any sector of education.
