Level 3 Learning Support Assistant

Job description

The position will involve supporting classes with mixed abilities and in order to be considered for this opportunity you will have:

- Experience of supporting pupils within KS1

- Experience of supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, as well as in small group settings

- Ability to adapt to meet the needs of the pupils and SEN experience is desirable

- Enjoy working as part of a committed, hardworking team

- Ability to inspire and motivate

- Ability to maintain high levels of enthusiasm

- Be able to demonstrate a good level of Literacy and Numeracy skills

- Have experience of using Phonics

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
