Are you a Level 2 Teaching Assistant? Do you have a passion for supporting children through their learning journey? Are you able to support a strong Christian ethos? Do you want to become a valued member of a successful KS2 team?

If so, Teaching Personnel is working with a primary school located in the Salford (M5) area and are looking to appoint a teaching assistant to work within their KS2 setting on a part time basis starting in September 2018.

A successful candidate should:

  • Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Have a create approach to learning
  • Have experience using different phonics schemes
  • Be a good communicator and work well as part of a team

This Salford based primary school is larger than average and had previously been graded 'Good' by Ofsted. The school works closely with all of its pupils and staff to create a positive learning environment and it has strong links with the community.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
