Job description

We wish to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work with a student who is Visually Impaired and required specialist 1:1 care.

The School is Alford based and offers a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to secure a permanent contract. Training can be provided in this role and you'll be well supported by an outstanding department, however experience of VI and braille is desirable.

An ideal candidate will have:

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
